CAB: Planning Events For All to Enjoy
Tiffin University tries its best to plan entertaining events for its students each semester. Whether they're small events like D.I.Y room decor or large events like ice skating, there's truly an event for everyone to enjoy!
If you love attending these events, you can thank the Campus Activity Board, otherwise known as CAB.
CAB is a student-run organization with the help of facility director Wayne Kreis and graduate assistant Tinashe Peresuh.
In an interview with Peresuh, she was able to give me a reason why people should join the CAB team.
“CAB is a place where strangers become friends and friends become family," Peresuh said.
She continued to say that there are many ways for students to get involved and have a great time.
If you have an interest in becoming a member, there are both paid and unpaid positions available. At the beginning of the 2023 fall semester, there will be emails sent out about the E-Board positions. These positions include President, Vice-President, and Treasurer. All these positions receive pay. The unpaid positions revolve around students helping plan the events and setting up for them.
Make sure to keep an eye out in your email at the beginning of the fall semester if you're interested in joining. You can also email Wayne Kreis with any questions at kreisw@tiffin.edu.
